Feedbackmanagement

Raphaela Brückl

Autonoma has recently introduced a new feature for its platform: the Feedback Management Process. This new feature allows users to independently report bug and feature requests as tickets to Autonoma. The error and function requests are stored and linked directly in Autonoma Task Management. Thus, the current status of a request is always up-to-date and can be tracked continuously.

Submitting a ticket

The process of submitting a bug or feature request is simple and user-friendly. By clicking on their username in the upper right corner, users can access the feedback option, which takes them to a page where they can describe their issue or request.

The approval process is divided on the basis of roles. Experts in the company, so-called "key users" who are referred to as "approvers", manage the approvals for all standard users.

The result is three different approval scenarios, depending on the account:

  • First scenario: The creator of the problem is an Approver, i.e. the person has assigned an Approver tag. In this case, the issue is directly forwarded to the Autonoma backlog.
  • Second scenario: the creator of the issue is not an Approver (i.e. a standard user) and the active account has no Approvers. In this case, the issue is also forwarded directly to Autonoma since there is no one to review, approve or reject the issue.
  • Third scenario: the creator of the issue is not an Approver and the active account has other Approvers. In this case, the Approvers on the account receive an email notification stating that a new issue has been created. Approvers can either reject the issue or mark it as a technical issue.

When an issue is rejected by an Approver, the reporter can leave a message for the creator, which is sent by email, and the ticket itself is not processed further by Autonoma. When an issue is marked as a technical issue, it is forwarded to Autonoma's backlog and waits to be selected for development.

Overview Copy 2

The feedback management process is a valuable addition to Autonoma's DCP, as it allows users to provide valuable feedback directly to the company, allowing it to improve its product and service offerings. It also provides transparency and accountability for users as they can track the progress of their feedback.
